9th and 10th Amendments: Vague Rights
The ninth amendment states that Americans have all the rights not listed in the Constitution. This amendment is vague, so here are some rights that pertain to the 9th amendment: the right to travel, the right to purchase a home, the right to adopt a child, the right to abortion (though a lot of people disagree that this should be illegal), and so on.
The tenth amendment says that the powers not given to the United States government by the Constitution belong to the states or to the people.
